What a difference a day makes! Now McCain's VP pick will have a son in the Iraq conflict.
I have to hope this shallow, gimmicky, crassly political pick will do him no good. The very fact that Palin accepted this position on his ticket speaks to her own lack of judgment. (Can she really believe that she is ready to lead this country if something happens to the 72 year old McCain with a history of cancer?) McCain's choice is inexcusably irresponsible.
That is what I thought, Palin's son wasn't going to the conflict after all?
